Brian attended law school at the University of Alberta. After being called to the Alberta bar in 2005, Brian worked in Edmonton until he moved to Kelowna in 2011. Brian has been practicing in British Columbia since 2011 and is currently practicing exclusively in the area of Family Law.
Brian realizes the effect that separation/divorce can have on a family. He prefers to negotiate a settlement whenever appropriate, and only use litigation when necessary. Even then, he uses the court system as efficiently as possible so issues can be resolved quickly and the parties can proceed with the next stage of the resolution process.
