Marty’s practice focuses on First Nation land law, business law, residential and commercial real estate, and wills and estates.

Marty is a member of the British Columbia Bar, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Canadian Bar Association BC Branch, having served 5 years as Chair and Co-Chair of the Real Estate Sub-Section.

Marty was born and raised in the Okanagan and articled with the firm. Marty became a partner of the firm in 2025. Outside of the office Marty spends time enjoying all of the activities that the Okanagan has to offer, including snowboarding, polo, and spending time with his family.
