Originally from Swift Current, Saskatchewan, David obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan in 1984, was called to the bar in British Columbia in 1985 and has been practicing law with the firm since then.

David’s practice is primarily in the area of civil litigation and he has acted as counsel at all levels of the Courts in British Columbia. He has extensive experience in family law and estate litigation.
In addition to his knowledge of the law and his experience gained over 40 years of practice, David understands that pragmatism and hard work are fundamental to accomplishing his client’s goals.
