Marty was born and raised in the Okanagan, but explored some other parts of Canada during his years of post-secondary education, including Dalhousie University in Halifax for an undergraduate degree and then to the University of Saskatchewan for Law School. Marty always knew that home was in the Okanagan and returned to Kelowna to complete his articles with Glazier Polley, before joining the firm as an associate in 2014.  

Marty has a broad range of practice interests including, business law, residential and commercial real estate, residential and commercial lending and borrowing, wills and estates, and native land transactions.  Having spent the better part of his life in the Okanagan, Marty hopes to continue to develop his connections with the people and businesses of the area and to assist them with the various legal needs.

Marty is a member of the British Columbia Bar, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Canadian Bar Association BC Branch. Outside of the office Marty likes to enjoy all of the activities that the Okanagan has to offer, including snowboarding, hiking, and polo.
